Clifftop Cottages on the Jurassic Coast
Jurassic Coast Cottages are a pair of stone cottages perched on the cliffs between Lyme Regis and Charmouth, with panoramic views across Lyme Bay. Both cottages welcome dogs and have enclosed gardens overlooking the sea.
The coast path passes the front gate, with walks east to Charmouth (famous for fossil hunting) and west to Lyme Regis with its iconic Cobb harbour. Each cottage provides dog beds, bowls and poo bags, plus a dedicated dog-washing area with warm water.
The surrounding landscape is dramatic: landslip undercliffs, ancient woodland and some of the richest fossil-hunting coastline in the world. Dogs love the undercliff walk between Lyme Regis and Axmouth, a wild tangle of woodland and fallen cliffs.
