A beautifully restored traditional Norfolk flint cottage in the village of Blakeney, sleeping four with two bedrooms and a secluded walled garden. The cottage combines period character (exposed beams, original fireplace) with modern comforts including underfloor heating.
Blakeney sits on the North Norfolk Coast Path with walks to Cley Marshes, Blakeney Point (famous for its seal colony) and the vast beaches at Holkham and Wells. The marshes are particularly atmospheric in autumn and winter when thousands of wildfowl arrive.
Dogs are welcome in all areas of the cottage. The walled garden is fully enclosed and secure. The village has a dog-friendly pub (The Kings Arms) and easy access to the quay where boat trips to see the seals depart.
