Leeds Park Paws is a professional dog walking and pet care service covering north Leeds, including Roundhay, Chapel Allerton, Meanwood and Headingley. Founder Mike Dawson walks on Roundhay Park, Meanwood Valley Trail and the Leeds-Liverpool Canal towpath.

Mike offers daily group walks (max 5 dogs), individual walks for reactive or elderly dogs, and puppy socialisation walks. He is a certified dog walker through the Guild of Dog Trainers, fully insured with Cliverton, and holds a canine first-aid certificate.

A meet-and-greet session is required before booking, ensuring every dog is a good fit for the group. Mike provides updates and photos after every walk and maintains a strict vaccination policy.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is a meet-and-greet required?

We meet every dog and owner before booking to assess temperament, discuss any health or behavioural needs, and make sure your dog will be happy in our walking group.

What happens if my dog is reactive?

We offer individual walks for reactive dogs who are not suited to group walks. These one-on-one sessions can also be used alongside behaviour training to build confidence.
